Eating House Tartare Bar Pops-Up at Cadillac Championship
Tuna tartare and apple tartare will be served at the Eating House Tartare Bar at the Cadillac Championship.
The Cadillac Championship starts today at 11a.m. with thousands of golf enthusiasts head out to the Trump National Doral Miami to see the world's best golfers compete on the completely renovated Blue Monster course.
If you think watching the likes of Tiger Woods, Adam Scott, and Rory McIlroy swing their clubs while a group of people air clap is less interesting than, say, a good long brunch, think again. This is not your grandfather's tournament.
At least not when Eating House's Giorgio Rapicavoli is popping up at the tournament with a special Tartare Bar pop-up inside the Escalade Lounge, located near hole 16.
From Thursday, March 6 - Sunday, March 9, enjoy chef Rapicavoli's takes on traditional tartares -- including a selection of special dessert creations.
Start with savory choices like salt roasted beet with yuzu, spring onion, cucumber and ginger vinegar; tuna with nuoc cham, peanuts, coconut and cilantro; poached lobster with butter 'aioli', celery, chive and lemon; and hand-cut beef with black truffle, shallot and Jacobsen sea salt ($11-16).
Sweet dessert tartares include apple tartare with spiced streusel, vanilla 'pudding' and maple and bananas 'Foster' with sea salt caramel and whipped Nutella ($9 each).
The Escalade Lounge, by the way will also feature celebrity and player appearances, Grey Goose drink specials, and live DJ performances.
Daily tickets to the Escalade Lounge are $101.65 per person, and a week long pass is $374.50. Escalade Lounge tickets also get you V.I.P. access to the Trump Doral clubhouse restaurants, shops and amenities, as well as clubhouse shuttle service. Tickets can be purchased at cadillacchampionship.com.
