A New York chef clearly commited to his craft works the line at Bourbon Steak
has garnered plenty of press
for its gourmet burger menu, but the restaurant is more deserving of accolades for its commitment in theory and practice to fresh, organic, locally sourced ingredients. Chef Gabriel Fenton is a relatively young dude and he hasn't been in Miami long, but he carries the work ethic that Michael Mina saw fit for opening his brand's outposts in Los Angeles and Mexico City before settling him permanently in Miami.
