Hungover from last night? Indulged in too much candy corn and vodka? Well, you better get it together. The Halloween party isn't over yet.
Baru Urbano Midtown is open and they're celebrating the holiday for two extra days.
In April, Ricochet Bar & Lounge closed and Baru Urbano Midtown announced it would take over the space. This is Baru's third establishment. It already boasts outposts in Brickell and Doral.
But the midtown location has its singularities. It features artwork by local artists like Alex Mijares, Beto Perez, Jimena Hoyos, GWIX, and Angie Burgos.
Midtown also boasts a different menu and different hours. While the Baru concept still stands -- imagine partying in Cartagena, Colombia -- this locale isn't a full restaurant. They open at 4 p.m., so you can't grab lunch or any entrees there.
So what can you expect? Expect beer from Wynwood Brewing Company on tap. Except pinches de carne o pollo -- grilled chicken and beef-and-bacon skewers. There are also sides: grilled corn, salty potatoes, warm boliarepas, and aji sauce.
These are all Baru midtown exclusives. And it sounds like they might just cure your hangover.
Baru Urbano Midtown's Superheroes party will take place on Friday, November 1, and Saturday, November 2. They're open from 4 p.m. to 3 a.m.
