67. Cinnamon Bun at Solo
A line forms at the display counter each morning at Solo, the in-house pastry shop for the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. Early-birds arrive at opening time, 6:00 a.m., in order to catch the muffins, croissants, bear claws and such as they pop fresh and warm from the oven. Savvy early-birds arrive at that hour and snatch up the cinnamon buns: swirls of sweet dough spiced and iced to perfection. The moderately-sized pastry (not monstrous like at some cinna-chains) is $3.50; add a great cup of coffee and you've got a $5.95 continental breakfast special that can't be beat.
