62. Chicken Tikka Masala at Bombay Darbar
When we want a little spice in our lives, we head over to Bombay Darbar in Coconut Grove for some chicken tikka masala ($16.95). Tender chunks of roast chicken swim in a buttery tomato sauce, seasoned with garam masala (a blend of Indian spices) and served with a generous helping of basmati rice.
The heat of the dish, as with all of Bombay Darbar's entrees, can be customized to your liking from mild to super-hot. We like ours on the hot side of the spice scale, cooling off our palate with a few ice cold Kingfisher beers.
