First Course: Bruschetta Caprese with Duca d'Amalfi (crisp white) and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.

Second Course: Octopus Carpaccio with Ponticello (sweet rosé) and Piemonte Barbera.

Third Course: Tagliatelle Bolognese with Sartirano Nebbiolo d'Alba and Chianti Colli Senesi Piccolomini.

Fourth Course: Tiramisu with Travicello and sparkling Moscato d'Asti.
