    ​Somehow all crazy things in Miami-Dade County are connected. Rolando Gutierrez, the second Miami Beach cop fired today for this weekend's bizarre ATV crash, is married to Marisleysis Gonzalez. She's better known as the woman who was Elian Gonzalez's "foster mom" while he was in Miami.
