Michael Gilligan has left his executive chef position at Atrio/Level 25 at the Conrad Hotel to become executive chef at the W Hotel in South Beach. Besides managing culinary affairs for the property in general, Gilligan will be overseeing Solea, the condo hotel restaurant described as "Mediterranean with strong Spanish influences".
