Petit Rouge is a French Bistro in North Miami headed up by Chef Neal Cooper. Lee Schrager, founder of the South Beach Food and Wine Festival recently tweeted during a dinner there "Lee_Schrager: Enjoying my dinner in Miami at Petit Rouge. Best profiterols I've ever had.......
