Two men dressed in black sprayed a crowd with bullets at Northwest 5th Avenue and Northwest 5th Street at 12:45 this morning. Twelve people were injured and three are in critical condition. A driver in a passing vehicle was also struck by a bullet. The group had gathered for a "festive event," says Miami Police Department Spokesperson Officer William Moreno. Cops don't yet have many other details. The investigation continues.
