There are thousands of comestibles and cooking gadgets on the market, but you would think most chefs have just about every conceivable piece of equipment they might possibly want -- and we know they have access to all sorts of foods. This Christmas I'm asking for The Smoking Gun by Polyscience...It's a hand-held smoker that lets you smoke foods after they've been cooked...the possibilities are endless: butter, cheese, fruits, raw meats, fish, maybe even ice creams.
I would love to get the new collection of La Chamba Potware for Christmas! I love the full line of black clay pots -- they're made exclusively in Colombia and I need to replace a few.
