Paradise Farms Organic is preparing a night of ravishing romance for the organically inclined.  Drive out to the Redland and treat your sweetheart to a magical evening.  It's going to cost you ($165 p/p), but keep in mind that proceeds from the event benefit the Slow Food Miami Edible Garden Program, which means that it's probably a tax write-off.

Signature cocktails provided by Square One Vodka.  Tunes will be spun by DJ Trendy Wendy and DJ La-Di-Da,  Three well-known local chefs, Kira Volz, Christopher Siragusa and Rebecca Kleinman will be preparing the romantic, creative dishes that will include most of the produce grown at Paradise Farms.  The first part of the evening's wines will be provided by Schnebly's Winery and guests are encouraged to enjoy the informative and edible tour of the 5-acre organic farm, given by Founder and Owner Gabriele Marewski. Afterwards everyone will have a chance to mingle and mix and eventually meander towards a comfortable wide open-air gazebo decorated with a "Slow Love Theme."

Meanwhile, the chefs are looking forward to answering questions about some of the evening's cooking specialities.  Guests will be able to taste wines selected by Sommelier, Shari Gherman who will explain his choices for the evening's pairings.  Then it's off to the dining tables for a rich assortment of formidable dishes under the open skies.

"For this Valentine Series we've got the music to dance to and the DJ's will be taking requests for those special songs that mean so much to couples. We've really done something special for everyone and we know that this is going to be a memorable occassion," said Paradise owner Marewski.

According to Paradise Farms, 70 people have already signed up for the sultry event.  Whole Foods is one of the generous supporters.  It takes place on Saturday, February 11th starting at 5:00 p.m.  For additional information and reservations: Paradisefarms.net.
