Gear up urban warriors, the next freebie challenge is on with free orders of onion rings from Miami-based Burger King this weekend, February 4 and 5.

Unlike BK's recent French fry giveaway, the best part of this new promotion--other than the free grub--is that it lasts the entire weekend, so theoretically you can survive on nothing but free Burger King onion rings for two whole days (who says you can't?).

A free value order of onion rings is available at participating restaurants, which means they might not be available at Burger Kings in food courts or airport terminals.

No purchase necessary and no coupon required, all you got to do is walk in and ask for them. Only one order per person, per day, but again, who says you can't hit up the four dozen-plus Burger King restaurants in Miami? Nobody, of course!

You should also know that onion rings are available during breakfast at some locations, so if you time your visits just right, you can score multiple orders per restaurant per day.

Last time we challenged you to get as many free French fries during BK's new thick-cut fry promotion (sounds like a circumcision, right?) and post your results to the comments section, but nobody complied. This time it's an order--of free onion rings that is!

No seriously, you have two days to plan your logistics, and then two more days to execute the mission.

Protip: you might find maximum success if you hit up restaurants during their lunch rush from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., then cycle through the cashiers if there are more than one of them, since it is highly doubtful they'll remember you already got your free order of rings.

You also might get incredibly lucky if a cashier is willing to give you more than one order per visit (it happens).

The weekend is ripe for an urban forager challenge because it's raining onion rings up in here.
