Top Chef Season Four's Andrew D'Ambrosi is coming to Miami to host a series of pop-up dinners as part of the Harding Dinner Series 9517 at Josh's Delicatessen & Appetizing.

For four nights only, from Thursday June 7 to Sunday, June 10, chef D'Ambrosi will take over the space for four exclusive dinners, serving only 22 people each evening.

Though the menu hasn't been finalized yet, expect to see the special braised bacon the chef makes from scratch, along with finds from local south Florida markets.

The menu will likely have strong influences from some of the restaurants where D'Ambrosi has worked, including Le Cirque New York City, China

Grill, and Asia de Cuba. Some dishes that might make the dinners include

duck confit with cauliflower puree, sake-cured hamachi, ginger beet

cured salmon, and roasted gnudi.

Diners can choose from two options. A chef's multi-course tasting menu,

consisting of about seven plates, will be offered at $79 per person.

Guests can also choose to order ala carte. Reservations are suggested, and can be made online or by calling 305-397-8494.

The Harding Dinner Series is a series of pop-ups organized by chef Josh Marcus and John Donovan of Josh's Delicatessen & Appetizing. The first dinners featured chef Jeremiah Bullfrog of GastroPod. A third chef in the series will be announced shortly.
