Even though you had lofty ambitions this year, your Thanksgiving Day menu remains unplanned or at the very least incomplete. We've compiled a list of restaurants that want to make your holiday fuss-free; let someone else do the dishes after gorging on mass quantities of turkey and fixings. "No, Grandma, your turkey is not dry. We just hate to see you work so hard."

Here's the lineup of where to go, how much it'll cost, and what you can eat. The race for reservations begins now.

660 at the Anglers
Menu Highlights:

pumpkin bisque with housemade ricotta, bourbon glazed turkey, brown

sugar and sweet potato cobbler ($44.95 per person, children under 12,

$19.95).

1500° at Eden Roc
Menu Highlights: Bell

& Evans roast turkey, beef tenderloin with wild mushroom sauce,

honey-glazed sweet potato casserole, cranberry chutney, baked apple tart

($60 per person, children under 12, $30).


Area 31

Menu Highlights: winter squash soup with foie gras, turkey and

whole pig carving stations, bacon/sweet-potato hash, braised short ribs

with horseradish potato purée ($85 per person, includes choice of house

red or white wine).

Asia de Cuba

Menu Highlights: calabaza soup with black bean dumplings, roasted turkey "pavachon" style, coconut flan, ($56 per person).

BLT Steak at the Betsy
Menu Highlights: butternut squash soup, mushroom risotto, Ashley Farms turkey roulade with cranberry stuffing and grenadine sauce, roasted prime rib of beef with confit garlic jus and bacon popover ($72 per person).
