Grab your sunscreen and your cameras and make plans to head out to the beach this Thursday for a once-in-a-lifetime sighting:

A bevy of Sports Illustrated swimsuit models taking on a group of celebrity chefs in what we've coined, "The SOBEWFF Cheesecake vs. Beefcake Beach Volleyball Bonanza."

Tomorrow, February 20, at noon, it all goes down at the volleyball courts beachside near Eighth Street and Ocean Drive when two dozen of the country's best chefs take on some of the most beautiful women in the world in a round-robin winner-take-all showdown. And by "the most beautiful women" we mean Kate Upton, Chrissy Teigen, and over of dozen of the ladies chosen to grace the pages of the 50th anniversary of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.

Best of all? Each participant has enlisted a sponsor and will be playing for the Armed Forces Foundation, an organization that offers vital assistance to active-duty and retired military personnel, National Guard, Reserve Components, and military families. Participants form the AFF will be on site to officiate the matches.

The event is free and open to the public. (We suggest getting there early for optimal viewing.) And the answer to your question regarding what the SI Swimsuit models will be wearing? We haven't confirmed whether it's swimsuits... but we can be absolutely certain they won't be wearing down parkas!

Participating chefs include Pat LaFrieda; Marc Murphy; Victor Albisu; Michael Symon; Spike Mendelsohn; Paul Denamiel; Alon Shaya; Harold Moore; Chris Santos; PJ Calapa; Harold Dieterle; Bob Truitt; Jeff Mauro; Thomas Griese; Josh Capon; Todd Erickson; Hugh Mangum; Charlie McKenna; and Franklin Becker.

More importantly, here's a list of models scheduled to beat the crap out of said chefs:
