O'Neal has teamed up with Toys R Us for the holiday season, transforming into "Shaq-A-Claus" for the toy retailer's 11th annual Toys for Tots campaign. The goal?

To provide a little joy for some of the 14.7 million U.S. children living in poverty. The role of Santa isn't new to Shaq, who has been buying toys for underprivileged kids for two decades, according to his own blog, Shaq.com.

What is new, is his entry into baking.

Although the man is a genius on the court, he's not so great with a tiny oven and little utensils. In fact, the result is hilarious. The video was filmed at Mashable studios and Shaq is a good sport about making the world's smallest bread pudding and jewel tea cakes (for "when you invite your bros over for tea").

If the video so inspires you to be "nice" and not "naughty" this holiday season, you're invited to take the ultimate "un-selfie". Just snap a picture of yourself donating a toy at any Toys R Us store and share using hashtag. #PlayItForward. For every photo,Toys R Us will donate an additional toy to Toys for Tots.
