Finga Licking @Royal Castle, the restaurant that Diddy is looking forward to, opens this Friday, May 23, at the former Arnold's Royal Castle on 125th Street. Fans of down home cuisine might recognize the Finga Licking name from the original location on 62nd Street.

The restaurant is a collaboration between Miami music mogul Elric Prince of Poe Boy Music Group and chef Latosia Colton. Prince says that he tried the chef's food and immediately knew it would be a hit. "I want people to know they can get good food away from South Beach," adding, "We're minutes from Bal Harbour, we're right off I-95. How much easier can I make it for you to find us?"

At the restaurant, you can find favorites like grill lobster and shrimp, lemon pepper chicken wings, macaroni and cheese -- and maybe some famous faces. As Prince explains, "Rick Ross, Flo Rider, Diddy -- they're all my friends and they're all talking about Finga Licking."

Apparently they are, especially iamdiddy, who posted this teaser video:

Finga Licking @Royal Castle opens tomorrow with a temporary liquor license -- jut in time for the Memorial Day weekend and is open from noon to 4 a.m., seven days a week, in case you've got a hankering for grill shrimp with a side of celebrity sightings (hopefully). Here's some more to whet your appetite.
