If the siren song of grilled cheese calls to you but you're not a fan of tracking down Ms. Cheezious on Twitter when you're craving some melty goodness for lunch, we have some major news for you.

It's opening a restaurant.

That's right! A brick-and-mortar, nonmobile version of the sexy little truck with the pin-up girl on the outside and molten dairy products on the inside.

Ms. Cheezious restaurant partners M. Christian Dickens and Brian Mullins

are planning a December opening (just in time for harried shoppers

to stop in for some cheesy fortification between bouts of mall time).

The eatery will be open seven days a week from breakfast until late

night -- because you never know when the urge to merge (cheese and

bread) will attack.

The restaurant, located at 7418 Biscayne

Blvd., will expand on its grilled-cheese menu, adding salads,

breakfast offerings, fresh-baked desserts, and -- boo-ya -- craft beers and

wines. That's right, bitches. Now you can get a cold brewski with

your grilled cheese. Cheese heaven has never been closer.

Big

plans are in the works for Ms. Cheezious. Dickens

said he and Mullins plan to expand into New York, Chicago, Dallas, Las

Vegas, and Los Angeles. Oh, and in case you were wondering -- the Ms.

Cheezious truck will continue rolling throughout Miami.
