Wynwood Farmers Market Gets a New Home
The Wynwood Farmers Market has a new home and a new vibe. The market has moved to NW 26th Street between Third and Fifth Avenues, an area with the capacity to host more vendors. This Saturday, expect 60 vendors selling everything from local fruit to crafts and ready-to-eat treats. In addition, chef Michael Lewis of Kyu will offer demonstrations on the art of smoking meats and will share samples of his cooking. Street performers and music add to the festival feeling. The Wynwood Farmers Market is held every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Milk and Cookie Day at the Wynwood Yard
The Wynwood Yard is showing some love for its supporters in the sweetest way possible: with milk and cookies. The Yard, which reopened last week, will host a cookie party.
