1. Cafe de Cannabis

With this highly-caffeinated motor oil, it's no wonder people out here drive a million miles an hour. Maybe a little hash could slow things down a bit.

Ingredients:

1 cup of freshly brewed Cuban coffee
1 tbsp of sugar
2 pinches of ground cinnamon
2 pinches of ground nutmeg
1 good pinch of Moroccan hash

Directions:

After you churn out a cup of Cuban espresso, while it is steaming hot mix in the sugar, sprinkle the pinches of cinnamon and nutmeg into the espresso, then proceed to sprinkle the Moroccan hash into the still-hot cup of joe. Stir it around with a spoon, now it is ready to drink.

2. Pot Pastelitos

For this one, you're going to need to make a puff pastry. Although not hard to do, the process of making the dough is very time-consuming, so we suggest store bought sheets.

Ingredients:

1 pre-made sheet of puff pastry dough
1 knife (to shape the dough)
Any fruit filling
Some THC-infused honey

Directions:

Cut the sheet into nine squares, place about a teaspoon each of filling and THC honey onto the middle of the square, fold down from top corner to lower corner to enclose the filling and form a triangle. Press around the two open edges with a fork to seal tightly. Place the triangles onto a cookie sheet, brush with simple syrup and drop the pan into a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 20-30 minutes.

3. Ganja Jerk Chicken

We got to throw a meat dish in there somewhere and jerk chicken will do just fine. All you really need is to make a jerk chicken glaze and infuse it with hash oil or THC honey.

Ingredients:

A bunch of chicken legs, wings, thighs, breasts
A few packets of pre-made jerk chicken marinade
Hash oil and THC honey

Directions:

Well it's quite simple, really. First fire up the grill to anywhere between 350-400 degrees Fahrenheit. You can substitute the olive oil for hash oil and the molasses for THC honey. Mix the packets of jerk chicken marinade, hash oil and THC honey in a big bowl, then transfer the chicken parts to the bowl, smothering them with marinade. Now toss 'em on the grill and cook to perfection. If you prefer an oven, then pre-heat one to 350 degrees Fahrenheit, place the chicken on a baking sheet, place in oven and cook for about 50-60 minutes.

4. Hialeah Hash Browns

They aren't potatoes but fried malanga, which is like a potato but less acidic. Don't ask what Hialeah has to do with it. You'll never know unless you've been there.

Ingredients:

Some fresh malangas, chopped and/or grated
A few eggs
A pound of hash butter, or however much you need
Salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Directions:

Beat the eggs, then add the salt, pepper, garlic and malanga to form a thick paste. Refrigerate for one hour. Melt and heat the hash butter in a saucepan over the stove. Take out the malanga paste, roll into balls and drop into the heated butter and let them fry until crispy.

5. Mary Jane Mojito

We're surprised nobody has thought of this yet, or have they? But if you're not too ripped to get twisted, drain one of these down your gullet to get a good buzz going.

Ingredients:

Some kind buds
Fine white rum, preferably Havana Club
Club soda
Two tablespoons of granulated sugar
Ice Cubes
Maybe some mint leaves for flavor
One lime

Directions:

Grind the buds and the mint leaves together in a small glass, squeeze a lime wedge into the mixture, add the sugar, add the ice, then add the rum and the club soda, mix and/or stir, garnish with a lime wedge, then drink. Happy fo' twanny!
