Now, the county is looking to fill more food & beverage locations in the north and south terminals, 5 total.

Some qualifications include $2 million dollars in annual gross revenue and "3 years experience within the last 5 years in financing, design & construction, managing, operating and maintaining a food and beverage location in an airport, transportation center, retail shopping center or marketplace."

Short Order sees Pollo Tropical as good candidate. What restaurants would you like to see open at Miami International Airport? Leave a comment.
