Meatballs & Etc. features balls. Lots and lots of balls. You can get your balls in a slider ($4 each or two for $7). Balls come in your choice of meats: classic beef, Swedish, Italian or cheesy balls. If you're extra hungry, try a ball hero ($9), which comes with three balls and your choice of sauce and cheese with a small side salad.
We like our balls wet, so sauces include meat sauce, classic tomato, spicy mayo, jalapeño & cucumber, blue cheese, Alaskan hot sauce, Western BBQ, and pesto.
If you like your balls smashed, Karaca's got you covered. A smash ball bowl ($11) includes three balls over spaghetti, cheese and side of fries.
Naked balls are available ($6), and include two balls and sauce on a hero. For dessert, try the chocolate lava balls ($3).
Karaca has turned his attention to Meatballs and Etc., so he's turned his original truck, Happy Greek/Chef on 4 Wheels over to his wife, Selin, and father, Mustafa.
Karaca also plans to launch a frozen yogurt truck sometime in August.
