Labor Day marks the unofficial end of summer, and though Miami's mercury might dip only from scorching to sizzling, here's where it's at in beachside, poolside, and restaurant specials for the long holiday weekend.

Atton Brickell Miami. The chic hotel is offering a Sunset Sessions pool party. Lounge by the pool or chill in a private cabana. Hit the bar for 50 percent off tapas, salads, sandwiches, and specialty cocktails such as the strawberry mint pisco sour ($5); the Maracuyana ($5), featuring Milagro Silver tequila, passionfruit, Ancho Reyes chili liqueur, lime, and agave; and the Atton old-fashioned ($5) while enjoying a DJ lineup that includes DiscoRocks, Apache, Shamizo, and Geomia. 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday, September 3. Gili's Beach Club at Trump International Beach Resort. The Sunny Isles Beach casual eatery will offer special menu items such as bourbon honey and Tabasco chicken wings served with cucumber ranch dip ($6); Miami shrimp boil with yuca, sweet corn, and salsa ($16); and a "Big Kids" watermelon lemonade spiked with Ketel Citroen vodka ($10) to wash it all down. Glass & Vine. Nestled inside Peacock Park, Giorgio Rapicavoli's Coconut Grove restaurant already feels like a vacation. For the holiday weekend, diners can enjoy a burger and a can of MIA Domino pilsner for $17 (regular price for the combo is $24). On Labor Day, Glass & Vine will serve brunch, including dishes such as sweet potato tater tots ($7); coquito French toast ($12), made with coconut milk, cinnamon, and vanilla-maple syrup for dipping; banana Johnny cake ($10); and wood-oven-baked eggs ($12) with confit garlic cream, black pepper, grana padano, grilled bread, cauliflower, and nutmeg. Brunch beverages include bloody marys ($10 each), mimosas ($10 each or $35 per pitcher), and sangria ($10 each or $35 per pitcher). Brunch is served from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, September 3, and Sunday, September 4, at 2820 McFarlane Rd., Miami; 305-200-5268; glassandvine.com.

Los Fuegos Asado Brunch at Faena Hotel Miami Beach. The family-style brunch starts with wood-oven-baked empanadas and a choice of pink grapefruit salad and sweetbreads with chimichurri sauce, followed by seemingly endless amounts of grilled meat, served gaucho-style. Nikki Beach Miami. For those who spent their summers away at camp, this SoBe hangout will take you back with Camp Nikki Beach, which offers sack races, tug-o-war, and DIY s'mores, as well as a buffet brunch for $49.95. More than 40 stations will offer a plethora of dishes, including prime rib, whole roast pork, paella, handmade pasta, custom omelets, Nutella waffles, and plenty of desserts. Seaspice. This seafood-centric gem on the Miami River will host a special all-white-themed brunch party presented by Moët & Chandon this Sunday. Enjoy live music while celebrating with signature dishes such as Seaspice lobster Benedict, served with potato hash, green onion, shaved asparagus, and chive hollandaise, and the power waffle with açaí berry: a quinoa, flax, and hempseed waffle served with açaí, yogurt, marcona almonds, and hazelnut butter. There will also be a champagne menu with special pricing on Moët & Chandon by the bottle or glass. Seaspice has its own docking station, so feel free to come by yacht. Villa Azur. On Labor Day, ladies will receive half off all food and drinks.
