Know anyone with a February birthday? Here's a drink perfect for those wacky Aquarians and sensitive Pisceans, since it is the color of their birthstone (amethyst). By the way, it was created by Jon Gasparini, co-founder of a San Francisco-based cocktail catering company called Rye on the Road, so hit him up if you have any questions. Don't ask us anything; we only borrowed the recipe.
Oh, and ironically the word "amethyst" comes from the Greek meaning "not drunken," but don't let that stop you from suckin' a few down -- we ain't in Athens, you know.
