The new location will be unique to the juice company in that it will also be the headquarters of Jugofresh's food production. (All juice production will remain at the Lemon City facility.) This means guests will be able to see chef Darren Laszlo and his team prepare food in the commissary.

Jugofresh's Matthew Sherman tells Short Order that the kitchen design "is a very transparent experience, allowing people to watch us through an all-glass wall and an all-glass cooler, so you not only get to see all of our juices and foods in the cooler, but also all of the ingredients. You can see how the foods are made, and you can see the people who make them."

The South Pointe location will feature Jugofresh's full menu of juices, foods, smoothies, and "highly Instagrammed" bowls. Sherman says, "Come summertime, you can expect some new seasonal juices and food on the menu."

Also new for the summer is an additional Jugofresh location at Santona Corner in Coral Gables, scheduled to open June 1. Sherman is looking forward to it, saying, "We've already gotten to know the community a bit through our Body & Soul location, and we can't wait to get to know the rest of the community in the Coral Gables and South Miami area."
