The restaurant confirmed its closure on Twitter, noting "some issues being worked out" and adding it will be "closed temporarily."
@brickellbites hi! Some issues being worked out - we'll be closed temporarily and can't wait to be back! Hang tight :o)

However, @hills27 observed the signs of a more permanent shuttering:
@Short_Order @ProstMiami has already closed. Space has been stripped and they are killing the kegs this very moment.

@hills27 @short_order as we mentioned, we're working out some issues and should be reopening soon!

Prost opened softly in early July. The restaurant, owned by a group of German investors led by Michael Sponaugle, hired Philip Bryant as the consulting chef on the project. Bryant created a host of interesting house-made sausages and then left once the restaurant got going. It was set to begin lunch service this week.
Short Order has reached out to Prost for comment and will update this post when we hear word.
