Iron Fork, presented by Downtown Development Authority, returns!
The event, which combines our awesome chefs' competition with a preview of Miami Spice, is bigger and better than ever, with a new location, delicious food, and an epic battle between two of Miami's finest chefs.

On Thursday, July 31, from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Miami, over 60 of Miami's best restaurants will serve their finest bites including Rusty Pelican; Texas de Brazil; Bulla Gastrobar; Paladar Latin Kitchen & Rum Bar; The Oceanaire Seafood Room; Tamara Bistro at the National Hotel; Toro Toro; City Hall; with more announced daily.
Many of the restaurants are participating in Miami Spice, the annual restaurant promotion that showcases the very best of Miami cuisine. During August and September, restaurants offer three-course meals (lunch and dinner) featuring signature dishes created by world-renowned chefs. At Iron Fork, you'll be able to get a "leg up" on what restaurants you want to "Spice" at. How great is that?
And, of course, there's the Iron Fork competition where two Miami chefs, moderated by Allen Susser, face off in a gladiator-style death match filled with knives, fire, and flesh (animal flesh, that is). Last year, Eating House's Giorgio Rapicavoli met Tongue & Cheek's Jamie DeRosa in the battlefield, with Rapicavoli emerging victorious and taking home the coveted Iron Fork skillet of superiority!
