There's so much to do at Iron Fork, even we're a little overwhelmed.

Over 60 restaurants will be serving up some of the best vittles you've ever had, while you enjoy multiple DJ's live music, and surprise entertainment. Of course, there's the epic battle between Edge Steak & Bar's Aaron Brooks and Haven's Todd Erickson, and you can't miss the Heritage Area where you can experience Miami's vast cultural influences under one roof.

With all that on your "plate", we figured you might want an insider tip, so to speak. With that in mind, here are 10 dishes that you absolutely cannot miss at Iron Fork.

Happy eating!

10. Siena Tavern - Meatballs and Truffle Gnocchi

Why: The Siena Tavern is the only meatball that has its own Twitter account. Also, there's a good chance of a Fabio Viviani sighting.

9. J&G Grill - Crispy Blue Crab, Aji Amarillo, Culantro

Why: Any time we can eat chef Bradley Kilgore's food, we go for it! So should you.

8. The District Miami - Afro Cuban Pork

Why: The District Miami was named Best New Restaurant, 2014 and its chef, Horacio Rivadero, was a semifinalist for a James Beard award.

7. Uvaggio Wine Bar - Terrine of Pork Rillette

Why: Another newcomer, Uvaggio was already named Best Wine Bar 2014.

6. Preston's Brasserie - Adult Mac & Cheese, Braised Short Ribs

Why: Three words: Adult. Mac. Cheese.

5. Rusty Pelican - Bacon Cheesecake

Why: Do we even need an explanation why putting bacon into cheesecake could be the most awesome, life changing thing ever?

4. Ferris - Shawarma with Tahini, Tabbouleh and Hummus

Why: Chef Ralph Pagano's already won our taste buds with his pasta and tacos. If his schwarma is even close, that's a trifecta of flavor.

3.. Lure Fishbar - Dressed East & West Coast Oysters

Why: We're planning on just parking ourselves in front of Lure for an oyster-fest. Care to join us?

2. Donut Divas - Red Velvet Deep Fried Oreos with Creme Cheese Frosting

Why: What's better than an Oreo? A deep-fried Oreo...with frosting.

1. Fish Fish - Lionfish Marinated in a Sweet Chili Soy Sauce with Cilantro Cream Cheese Wrapped in a Wonton Served with Thai Sauce.

Why: Lionfish are an invasive species that are killing off our native fish. Plus they're delicious. Here's your chance to eat the bad guys.
