Easter is this Sunday, April 5, and between celebrating with family and dying eggs to hide in the backyard, you'll get hungry. Hop over to these restaurants serving Easter brunches for you and your family. Prices generally do not include tax and gratuity, and reservations should be made in advance. 

BLT Prime
Located at the Trump National Doral, BLT Prime offers a three-course Easter brunch at $65 per person (excluding tax and gratuity). For starters, choose between the English pea cappuccino with mint, crisp pancetta, and buttermilk and goat cheese tortellini in a basil purée topped with heirloom tomatoes. Main entrée selections include seared diver scallops topped with toasted almonds and green garlic and roasted lamb loin in a honey, beetroot, and ruby-red grapefruit sauce. Dessert options include carrot cake in pineapple sabayon with walnut brittle or Oreo cookie mousse garnished with caramel peanuts and smothered in rum sauce.

The Bazaar by José Andrés
José Andrés' restautant offers a creative Easter brunch. Priced at $75 for adults and $35 for kids 12 and younger, the meal will feature a brunch table with selections of Spanish cured meats and cheeses; olive oil mini pancakes; and huevos a la cubana with fried rice, tomato sauce, bacon, banana, and fried egg, among other dishes.
Bianca at Delano
From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Bianca will serve a special brunch buffet with cooking stations that include pasta, barbecue, omelets, sushi, and desserts. Items include roast leg of Colorado lamb, grilled lobster, shrimp and vegetable skewers, flank steak, and grilled chicken. The pasta station will offer a sliced prosciutto di parma machine. A dessert station will feature mini chocolates, tiramisu, macaroons, chocolate mousse, and mini crème brûlée. Adults 21 and older can enjoy unlimited champagne and bloody marys, and the little ones can participate in an Easter egg hunt (complete with live bunnies) at noon. Cost is $90 per person. Devon Seafood + Steak
Easter brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and includes a carving station, an impressive selection of smoked fish and fresh shrimp, an omelet bar, and an assortment of delectable desserts, including the restaurant’s famous carrot cake. Brunch is priced at $32 per adult and $15 per child ages 5 to 12; tax and gratuity are not included. A special three-course dinner, priced at $40, will be served from 4 to 9 p.m. and will include a choice of appetizers and one of the following entrées: six-ounce center cut filet mignon, scallops with lobster risotto, pork chop, jumbo lump crab, Atlantic salmon, and surf 'n' turf. For dessert, choose vanilla bean crème brûlée, luscious lava cake, fresh berries and cream, or a rich apple croustade.

J&G Grill
Served from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., brunch will includes farm egg en coccote with dungeness crab; sweet potato and tasso ham; roasted banana and coconut pain perdu with Tahitian vanilla and passionfruit honey and cashew; and peekytoe crabcake Benedict with Florida grapefruit, ginger, cilantro, and avocado hollandaise. Dessert buffet selections will be presented by pastry chef Antonio Bachour, plus there'll be a bloody mary station. Prices are $70 per adult and $35 per child.
Morimoto South Beach
Easter brunch will be served from noon to 3 p.m. and include fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, citrus poached shrimp, assorted sushi, orange-and-thyme-roasted turkey, pepper-roasted ribs, brown-sugar-candied ham, and omelets. A special dinner will be offered from 6 to 11 p.m. The five-course menu includes whitefish carpaccio; carrot and ginger chawan mushi with rabbit loin; assorted sushi; lamb belly confit with poached mussels; and a jivara milk chocolate cream dessert. Brunch and dinner each cost $75 per person. For reservations, call 305-341-1500. 

Rusty Pelican
Easter brunch from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. will feature sushi, a raw bar, ceviche, pork, lamb, breakfast classics, and desserts. Cost is $75 for adults and $30 for kids (gratuities and tax not included).

St. Regis Bar
From 2 to 5 p.m., enjoy an elegant tea service complete with desserts by Antonio Bachour and a glass of champagne. Price is $59 per person. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 305-993-0614.
Schnebly Redland's Winery
The winery will be open Easter Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and offer a special menu that includes spicy guava chicken wings ($9), brioche French toast ($15), local fruit salad ($14), a whole two-pound crisp snapper ($39), and other sweet and savory delights. 

Serendipity 3
Bunny banana cream waffles topped with fresh berries and chocolate drizzle are on the menu. There's also a Saints and Sinners French toast log with sunny-side-up eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, fresh berries, and whipped cream ($18). 

StripSteak by Michael Mina
Easter brunch includes a signature cocktail, the Fizzy Bellboy; freshly baked breads and pastries; a choice of appetizer, including braised bacon with tempura oyster, jícama salad and sweet soy glaze, and duck and ricotta cavatelli with black trumpet mushrooms, Parmesan, and butternut squash; choice of entrée including American Wagyu flatiron steak, butter-poached Maine lobster atop toasted sourdough with avocado and hollandaise, and brioche French toast with salted caramel, maple reduction, and toasted oat whipped cream. Brunchgoers will also have access to the resort's Easter Egg Celebration from 2 to 4 p.m. for kids 4 to 12.

Swine Southern Table & Bar
Swine will celebrate Easter with holiday à la carte items. Rabbit hash will be served with roasted tri-color peppers, purple potatoes, and a 63-degree farm egg ($15). For dessert, try the chocolate Cadbury egg with Meyer lemon curd and macerated green strawberries ($12). 

Yardbird Southern Table & Bar
Easter brunch specials include a poached heirloom egg with farro risotto, preserved lemon, pickled mushrooms, and asparagus ($15) and veal cheek pastrami with stone-ground mustard, house pickles, and grilled bread ($16). Entrées include cornmeal-crusted catfish with bacon tomato gravy, herbed butter beans, and confit shallot vinaigrette ($26) and hot smoked lamb ribs with house barbecue sauce, Adluh South Carolina grits, and charred okra ($35). Assorted Easter chocolates and goodies for dessert are $12.
