Jeremiah Bullfrog will turn gastroPod into a pop-up molecular gastropub. (Yes, we hate the word gastropub too, but in this case it fits.) Details are all very hush-hush (including the location), but judging by the info we received, we think this will be one totally awesome experience.

The Get Loaded Pop-Up Lounge will feature molecular gastronomy guru (and frequent TV guest) Dave Arnold. This man is so good that he writes the Tech 'n Stuff blog for the French Culinary Institutes.

Arnold will mix utterly fantastic cocktails. When we asked for details, gastroPod's Jeremiah Bullfrog told us: "We are not releasing anything yet, but it's going to be Dave Arnold's creations. Think roto evaporated (cold distilled spirits), centrifuged liquors, rapid infusion using iSi whippers, carbonation, and vacuum infusion."

We have no idea what half of that means, but it sure sounds cool! GastroPod will provide "less than obvious hors d'oeuvres." Three cocktails are included in the $33 cost. The pop-up event begins at 8 p.m., and tickets can be purchased here. You'll then be provided with the address.

If you want your choice of food trucks, trek north to the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, where two dozen trucks will serve dinner from 5:30 to 10 p.m. in the Seminole Paradise parking lot.

More than a dozen trucks are expected to attend. They include Aarons's Catering Express, Churro Mania, Daddy's Grill, Dim Ssäm à Gogo, Dolci Pecatti Gelato, the Fish Box, the Flying Saucer, Grill Master Café, Jefe's Original Fish Taco, Latin Burger, the Mexzican Gourmet, Mr. Good Stuff, Ms. Cheezious, the Red Koi, the Rolling Stove, Slow Food Truck, Sugar Rush, and the Yellow Submarine.

Update: Due to inclement weather, the Food Truck Roundup at Hard Rock has been cancelled for tonight!
