The Thursday's On The Bay Food Truck Roundup at the American Legion Post # 29, which featured food trucks circling a wine and beer tent, was put on hold today after the city's code department noted each truck had to register its business with the City of Miami and have a certificate of use permit, as well as a tax stamp.

As of now, the trucks are furiously tweeting and communicating that they will move to a location behind Publix at 48th Street and Biscayne Boulevard. We are not sure if all the trucks normally at the American Legion site will be there, though Ms. Cheezious , MonTaco, Jefe's Original, Purple People Eatery and Miso Hungry have so far confirmed the move to the 48th Street location. Jack Garabedian, the owner of Jefe's Original Taco is the organizer of this roundup and could not be reached for comment.
