Looks like the early birds caught the local, organically raised worms. Tickets to OMG!, a dinner and movie collaboration between Wynwood's O Cinema and Michael's Genuine Food & Drink, are officially sold-out.

Notwithstanding the critical acclaim of The Life of Reilly -- described with the tagline "If, in 1940, you had a lobotomized aunt, an institutionalized father, a racist mother, and were the only gay kid on the block, what do you think the odds would be that you'd end up a Tony winner, a staple of television, and a generational icon? -- it's likely this event's quick popularity is owed to its ticket price. Thirty-eight dollars for a multiple-course meal created by one of Miami's most celebrated chefs is a good deal; throw in a movie ticket, and it's a bona fide bargain.

But attendees purchased tickets before any menu was released, relying on blind faith in chef Michael Schwartz, who is selling signed copies of his recently released cookbook Michael's Genuine Food at OMG!. But now that the official menu has been released we can say we're genuinely jealous of those lucky few who snagged tickets.

Some choices were lifted straight from the restaurant menu: Slow-roasted pork shoulder from Fudge Farms, which breeds heritage pigs, made the list, as did a popular peach salad. But there are some new treats as well: collard greens with house-smoked bacon and a "popcorn" bread pudding courtesy of executive pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith.

Here's the full menu:

Slow-roasted Fudge Farms pork shoulder with mustard sauce
Georgia peach salad with basil, French feta, almonds, and local radish
Napa cabbage slaw with bell pepper and local herbs
Collard greens with house-smoked bacon
Stewed chickpeas
Steamed rice
Popcorn bread pudding

OMG! Dinner and a Movie takes place Tuesday, June 28, at 7 p.m. at O Cinema (90 NW 29th St., Miami). Tickets are sold out. Visit o-cinema.org.
