Postpone that TV dinner you had planned for this evening--it's time to call and make reservations at your favorite upscale restaurant.

Tonight is "Dine Out and Save Lives" night, sponsored by Care Resource, South Florida's largest and oldest HIV/AIDS community health provider. Here's how it works: go to their website, click on the "Dining Out" graphic, then pick one of the restaurants on the list. At the end of the meal, pay your check, 25% of which will be donated to Care Resource's efforts to eliminate HIV and AIDS from the South Florida community.
