Guests will be greeted by stilt walkers and calypso bands as they sample seafood by South Florida restaurants Golden Rule Seafood, Whole Foods Market, Black Point Ocean Grill, Iggy's Street Wok, Imlee Indian Bistro, Miller Alehouse, Paella Party, Rodbender's Raw Bar & Grill, Shibui Japanese Restaurant and Sports Grill.
Chefs from South Florida and the Bahamas will be on hand to conduct cooking demonstrations, including Dean Max (3030 Ocean), who was recently crowned the King of American Seafood, Chef Jouvens Jean (SAWA Village of Merrick Park), Chef Sean Bernal (Sushi Samba) and Chef Tricia Ferguson (co-author of Lionfish Cookbook). prepare delectable samples of seafood dishes for the cooking enthusiasts.
When you've had your fill of seafood, take a pontoon ride to the artists village at Chicken Key where you can shop for jewelry, paintings and other crafts or take a nature hike or tour the stone cottage.
