Bobby's Burger Palace (BBP), celebrity chef Bobby Flay's version of a classic burger joint from days gone by, will officially open at Dadeland Mall on Friday, December 6, after months of anticipation.

BBP will be located in Dadeland's new wing, on the second level (directly above the Microsoft store).

Fans of Flay will be greeted by a familiar face when the doors fly open at noon.

The chef, author, and Food Network celebrity will be on hand to open the restaurant and welcome the public.

Flay's restaurant features cooked-to-order burgers named after cities that represent unique flavors and sensibilities. For instance, the Philadelphia burger replicates a Philly cheesesteak, with provolone cheese, griddled onions, and hot peppers; the Buffalo-style burger comes with red hot sauce, blue cheese dressing, and watercress; and the Santa Fe burger adds queso sauce, pickled jalapeños, and blue corn chips.

The Magic City has its very own creation too. The Miami burger ($7.75) pays tribute to the Cuban sandwich, marrying a burger with ham, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, and mayo.

There's also a Burger of the Month (BOM), with December's special a brunch burger topped with bacon, egg, and cheese. Perfect for the day after your company holiday party.

Any burger can be prepared using a traditional Certified Angus beef patty, a ground turkey patty, or grilled chicken breast. Prices range from $6.75 to $7.75.

Miami's outpost will become the 17th Bobby's Burger Palace.

Bobby's Burger Palace will be open seven days a week during mall hours.
