Monday

Julio Cabrera cocktails at Dolce happy hour

Keep your weekend going with happy hour at Dolce Italian. A new cocktail menu thought up by the Regent virtuoso Julio Cabrera and priced at $8 a pop is the main draw of the seven-days-a-week extended happy hour from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Perhaps order up an El Diablo, a mixture of anejo tequila, fresh lime, and spicy agave nectar. Don't like that? There are seven other handcrafted libations to pick from. Pair them with any of the new eight appetizers, like the tuna tartare or gnocchi and pomodoro.

Tuesday

Mozza Pizzeria Pop-Up at Harry's

Maybe you've heard of Mozza Pizzeria in L.A. It's helmed by Matt Molina who just so happens to be a James Beard award-winning chef. Well, he'll be at Harry's Pizzeria for the final pop-up of the year tomorrow. On the menu? Crispy pig trotter's with mustard, pizzette with white anchovy, tomato and red fresno chilies, mozza caprese, orechiette with fennel sausage and Swiss chard, and rib eye bistecca al forno with aceto balsamico, and butterscotch budino with Maldon sea salt and rosemary pine nut biscotti. Tickets are $150 and dinner starts at 7 p.m.

Miami Smokers and Funky Buddha at World of Beer Dadeland

Bacon and beer go great together. Miami Smokers and Funky Buddha agree, which is why they've joined forces to bring back When Pigs Fly-ght Night for the second year. Head over to World of Beer tomorrow where the local brewery will be serving up four beers to pair with Miami Smokers goods. Think urban trail mix, bacon wrapped plantains, Italian sausage crostinis, and candied bacon. As for the brew list? Well, they'll have On Top Blonde, No Crusts (peanut butter-n-jelly brown ale), Nikolai Vorlauf Russian imperial stout, and Nitro Neapolitan Porter on deck. Priced at just $25, we can't really think of a better way to spend a Tuesday.

Wednesday

Check out Tamarina

Remember Lippi? Well, that no longer exists, but in its proper place, Tamarina opened yesterday. Same owners but now they've got an additional man on board -- Arjun Waney. He's the co-founder of Zuma. Maybe check out their coastal Italian cuisine and raw offerings from their crudo bar.

Thursday

Burgerliscious

How many burgers do you think you can have in a four-hour span? Thursday is your chance to find out, when the fifth annual Burgerliscious makes its way back to Coral Gables at Fred B. Harnett Park. Neighborhood eateries will compete for the best patty and bun combination (or innovation). Defending champs Shake Shack will be back to claim the throne and going up against Swine, Books & Book, the Local Craft Food & Drink, Tarpon Bend & Grill, Bulla, and more. Beer will be provided by Sam Adams. Tickets are $65 for general admission and includes six sliders and four beers, while VIP gets you unlimited quantities of both.

Edge Steak & Bar Hits the Streets

If you see a food truck driving around with the Four Seasons logo, follow it. Inside, Edge Steak & Bar executive chef Aaron Brooks will be cooking up an Aussie Cubano with carnitas, aged cheddar, Bread and Butter pickled beets, and beer mustard. That's in addition to Benton ham and cheddar croquetas with Alabama white sauce and Edge crispy fried tostones. It's all part of Four Seasons Food Truck East Coast taste tour, which concludes in Miami with a five-day visit. Catch it while you can.
