It's 4 a.m. You've just abandoned your spot in the VIP lounge at Cameo due to your increasingly vocal stomach. But other than Jerry's Deli or diner eats - what's a girl or guy to do for some good grub at this time of night morning?

Enter Barezzito, a sushi bar and music venue set to serve the South Beach set till 5 a.m. The venue will open next month in the new Boulan Shops at Collins Park, and they're promising to offer a constant stream of promotions and events.
The spot's focus is on affordable options including sushi, ceviche and noodles with a Latin/Asian influence. In addition to food, the establishment will serve as a music venue, featuring a stage and DJ booth.
"It's a pretty cool place, different than what's going on here in South Beach. You have really really expensive places or places that have poor entertainment and poor food, too. We're gonna have live music and DJs every day of the week, there's always something happening," says co-owner Antar Sosa. They also plan to have special promotional nights Sunday through Wednesday, including Service Industry Night and Out of Towner Night among others.
The new digs are the effort of Mexico-based Grupo Impluza, run by Omar Quesada and Oscar Webber. They've opened a whopping 50 establishments in the past eight years, and Barezzito is their first in the U.S. They tapped ten year restaurant veteran Sosa to take the helm.
As far as prices, they want to remain accessible to the common man. "We're trying to be in the middle, like everybody can afford to go there without it being a cheap place," Sosa says. In addition to keeping prices mid-range, they also plan to have ongoing promotions, including happy hour and their ongoing nightly events. "There'll always be a special, you'll be able to get something that works out for your budget," Sosa adds.
"Every time there is something happening we're gonna have a special or make a party out of it -- the Super Bowl, the Heat playing, basketball finals."
Barezzito plans to open the week of January 17, 2013 (tentatively), so have those party pants armed and ready.
