The smoked Scottish salmon on warm sweet bread with potato hash, crème fraîche, caviar, and horshradish oil would not be overlooked. A spread totaling 14 dishes unfolded for a "Tropical Tribute for Julia Child at The Kampong" on November 15, 1992, which begs the question: Where are the corn pecan waffles with homemade chorizo and tropical syrup nowadays when you need 'em?!
