What are the minimum criteria for absolute self-indulgence? Lets count: huge patty of USDA grade A beef -- check, thick slices of peppered bacon -- check, caramelized onions slathered in creamy Nutella sauce, cold pint of beer -- check. Combine them all into Gabby's D'Lorean burger at the Filling Station & Garage Bar at 95 SE Second Street in downtown Miami.

For $9.35 (without tax), you can reward yourself a bit early before

Easter, or Passover, with Gabby's D'Lorean burger and a side of tater

tots (they're making a comeback, man). It's a bit messy, but the flavors

are on point: the juicy beef, the crispy bacon and the sweetness of the

Nutella. Lose yourself eating this burger. Halfway in you'll feel the

juices and Nutella drizzling down your chin. The sheer

primal urge to eat it is the same as butt-raping a

hippo--definitely not an idea that we endorse but the sentiments are

nonetheless similar. The burger wasn't a big hit in the mind of owner

Steve Marino, but if you see him there, thank him for letting it be on

the menu.

Let your indulgence set you free.
