There were clear skies and good weather for the Orlando University High and Boone High football game on Friday. The band was in the middle of a chill marimba-assisted halftime show, when all the sudden the skies decided to remind everyone that this was Friday the 13th and sent a lightning bolt directly into a tree behind the visitors' stands.

This video, shot by a band member's parents according to the Orlando Sentinel, shows the moment the strike hits. We won't tell you exactly when it happens (because what fun is that?), but fast forward to the 5:00 minute mark if you don't want to watch the whole thing.

Kudos to this marching band for keeping it in step while even the football team runs for cover.

The game was eventually called off.
