Tyrese, the singer, actor, and model who is best known for having great abs, is no longer facing felony charges after an accident on Biscayne Blvd last month.

Tyrese's Dodge Charger hit a white SUV driven by a mother of four. Though the SUV wound up on its back faster than a groupie in Tyrese's hotel room, no one was seriously injured. In fact, Tyrese decided to treat the other driver to a day at the spa.

But City of Miami Police charged the two with a felony for leaving the scene of the accident, even though paparazzi pictures clearly show Tyrese talking to police before taking off in a taxi cab with the other driver.

Today TMZ reports Tyrese's lawyers went to court and had the felony charges dropped. No word on whether the other driver will have her charges dropped too, but she's not famous, so TMZ doesn't care.
