A child who fell out of a second story window of a Hialeah motel has died.

On September 13, 23-month-old Luis Rodriguez was staying at the Paraiso Motel at 1615 W. Okeechobee Road with his parents and younger brother when he fell out of the window. The motel's website bills it as an "unique love sanctuary" that includes "champagne VIP rooms" with "fantasy showers," a stripper poll and "wet love chairs."

When police showed up they found narcotics, including cocaine, and alcohol in the room where the family had been staying for two days.

According to NBC Miami, the child had been on life support for the past week and had no signs of brain activity. He was pronounced dead today at Jackson Memorial Hosptial.

Meanwhile his parents, Luis Enrique Rodriguez, 26, and Jacqueline Sanchez, 27, face charges of Child Abuse/Without Great Bodily Harm, a third-degree felony because of the drugs found in the room.

The couples other five-month-old son was taken into custody by the Department of Children and Families.
