The "Taj Miami" is not exactly a regularly penthouse, as much as it is a unique glass mansion literally built atop a 40-story skyscraper in Brickell. The unique piece of Miami real estate is now back on the market and could be yours for just $4.2 million.

The glass sky mansion was built in 1981 and almost became the home of Leona Helmsey. You know, that lady who left her entire fortune to her dog. No, not that one, this one. Instead Saudi Sheik Saoud Al-Shaalan swooped in and bought the property. Saudi craftsmen worked on the interior for two years before the sheik even moved in. Then in 1999, Anthony Tirri, a business exec and Islamic weapons enthusiast, bought the property. He's now selling it. Between the two previous owners, the mansion has been left with a distinct Middle Eastern interior encased with in a glass shell. It's the crown jewel atop the Palace condominiums.

The structure is 40 feet high, and includes three stories. The house has five bedrooms, five bathrooms and 5,801-square-foot of living area. This listing is held by One Sotheby's International.
