Paul Thorington, 22, Anthony Albano, 23, and Ray Joseph Laranjo, 23, the three men charged in a brutal gang rape at the Fontainebleau following a Miami Music Week pool party, have been granted bond and will be allowed to return to California. If they make bond, they will be placed under house arrest until they return to Miami to face charges.

The three young men allegedly lured a college student to their room at the glitzy Mid-Beach resort after meeting her at a pool party at the Shelborne Beach Resort in South Beach. The victim claims the men said they would allow her to store her purse in their room, but once inside, they allegedly pinned her down while the three took turns sexually assaulting her.

A police report indicates that she struggled and even bit one of the attackers. She was left with numerous bruises that are consistent with being held down.

The trio appeared in a Miami-Dade court this morning, and the judge set bond at $50,000 each. If they make bond, they'll be allowed to return to California but will remain under house arrest.
