How do you spell hypocrite?

Republican Florida Senator Marco Rubio and his family have signed up for Obamacare, the Tampa Bay Times is reporting. He is also accepting a federal subsidy to pay 75 percent of his health care -- under the provisions of a bill that some Republicans wanted to kill..

This comes, despite the fact that our own Tea Party-lite Senator has been among the most outspoken critics of the bill and has tried to kill it on numerous occasions. According to almost everybody, he has also misrepresented what it really means again and again in crude scare tactics.

Here 's what he told Fox News in July,

Under Obamacare, people who "have a doctor they've been seeing for the last 15 or 20 years, they won't be able to keep going to that doctor."

Politifact Florida rated this mostly false.

Here is another whopper.

"Obamacare is bad policy that adds around $800 billion of taxes on the American people. It does not discriminate between rich and poor. It hurts everyone."

Politifact rated this one completely false:

And here he joined whack-job Senator Ted Cruz from Texas in trying to kill Obamacare by tying it to an ill-fated budget deal.

"This short-term budget is especially damaging because it wastes money on ObamaCare, a law that is costing many hard-working people their hours at work, their jobs and their existing health coverage," Rubio said in a statement to the media."

Finally, here is what he wrote in the Wall Street Journal just last month about his attempt to repeal an Obamacare provision that would prevent insurers from being reimbursed. It was a submarine law-killer:

"When Obamacare was debated... none of its proponents, including the president, told the American people that the law granted the federal government the authority to bail out insurance companies at the expense of taxpayers. But now their dirty little secret is out,"

Marco, I hope you don't get sick from all this prevarication. Who knows what will happen to you under Obamacare?
