UPDATE, 4:36 p.m.: NBC Miami is reporting that the argument between the neighbors was over a $5 loan, and that 100 people were displaced by the fire.

In a massive step backwards for Grand Avenue neighbor relations, a Coconut Grove man is accusing his neighbor of breaking his bedroom window and throwing in a Molotov cocktail Sunday.

Police said the neighbors were arguing earlier in the day, according to The Sun Sentinel, and "much of the unit" was destroyed in the fire that resulted from the improvised bomb, which is traditionally made by stuffing a burning cloth into a glass bottle full of flammable liquid. Police have not released any names and no one was hurt, but that guy probably lost any neighborhood babysitting gigs.
