Gossip website TMZ has obtained surveillance footage from the Fontainebleau the night Gloria James, LeBron James's Mother, was arrested for public intoxication after slapping a parking attendant. The attendant, Sorel Rockefeller, has openly talked to the media about filing a lawsuit and claims he had to visit a physician and chiropractor. Though it's hard to tell, the footage shows that Rockefeller might have made physical contact by pushing or bumping into James first. Watch for yourself.

Most of the footage jibes with the story as we've heard it so far. James, who supposedly made Rockefeller wait 30 minutes after recovering the car, gets into his face.

However, then it appears Rockefeller moves toward her and either pushes or bumps her. Gloria slaps him and then tries to hit him with her purse. It's unclear if the purse connects, but she tumbles. Rockefeller then moves toward James before her friends get in the middle of the situation and separate the two.

It's difficult to tell from the grainy footage, but it should be interesting if Rockefeller ends up suing.
