Yep, NFL owners approved Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie as a part-owner of the team, and majority owner Steve Ross and the former meth addict are in final talks. Fergie must be so excited she's probably peeing her pants.

Fergie Ferg will join Jimmy Buffett, Venus and Serena Williams, Gloria and Emilio Estefan, and Marc Anthony in the owners' box, which at this point is unfortunately more star-studded than the locker room. No word if her hubby, Josh Duhamel, apparently a former college QB, will put his name on the contract.
