I'm starting to think that Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland is more incompetent than he is idiotic. If he was just plain stupid, he'd probably be hot in the chase of Tim Tebow right now, and, well, we told you how we feel about that yesterday. Thankfully, according to reports the Dolphins are going to steer clear of Tebow-mania.

Here's The Miami Herald's Dolphins reporter Armando Salguero on Twitter:

Congrats to Armando for finally getting a relevant scoop before everyone else during this off season.

Of course, ESPN's Adam Schefter, who was generally correct in most of the Manning mania, Tweeted the exact opposite just 15 minutes beforehand.

Schefter shares the same agency, Creative Arts Agency, as Manning, and many believe that's in part how he got his scoops. Another CAA client? Tim Tebow. However, Salguero's sources are probably coming directly from within the Dolphins front office.
